Those front sight taper pins are a bitty to get out, so I sent the barrel back to Bushmater for one that is "serviceable." Hope to have it back for a hunt this weekend. Yep, I hunt bunnies and squirrels with mine. :D

@MrAzcabowabo Twist rate is rifling in barrel. a1 thru a4 is usually relates to the upper sites and upper receiver. carbine means short version. Mil or commercial spec is parts size. NATO is ammo related. 5.56 is a NATO round,223 is not. Once you shoot enough you will not need more than 3x or 4x mag. thru your optics.with practice you can estimate your range out to 1000 meters within 3 to 20 meters on the high side. I would advise you to research the AR15 at AR15.com.

@steveramer I poke around for cheap stripped lowers since they're the only part that's a "firearm" that you have to go through an FFL for. I picked up the Stag stripped lowers for 108 dollars after the transfer recently.

From there on I go to midwayUSA unless it's a big item like the glass which I buy from either SWFA or Optics planet.

BCM for uppers, they're amazing.

Sometimes cheaper than dirt has really good stuff in it for cheap, I got Magpul Pmags for 11 bucks, saved 6 bucks a mag.
