Shortly after being discharged, when Ron Hinton(osidegangbustr) was 22, court records show that he was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery in San Diego.
The records show that a court-appointed psychiatrist examined Hinton and found him not mentally competent. He was transferred to Patton State Hospital for treatment.
In 1992, court records show, Hinton was arrested in San Diego and pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine.
