I kind of have a phobia for London = dont go there unless I have to - usually a stopping point for my asian adventures!
I live in Scotland - Aberdeen - (the Granite City) due to not being bombed in the 2nd World War. most of the time below 10 degrees C with lots of wind and rain playing a big role!
So far (crosses fingers) the earthquakes aren't too bad. I was born and raised in this area, so as long as buildings don't fall down I am ok with the earthquakes :). I do wish it was a few degrees C warmer here, though. It's always a bit too nippy to sit outside and relax! I have yet to visit the UK. I'm still working my way through Asia at the moment. :) My wife & daughter have been to London, though. They had a good time.
