I have thin hair and oily, i went and got a perm at aschool and they fried my hair and i started using aussie moist shampoo and conditioner and it repaired alot of the damage quickly. And i love aussie products as well i am gonna go see about somw of the other products you showed. Thanks for posting. :0)

Eating biotin is essential for growing out here. It's a vitamin and you should eat 2000mcg-5000mcg and it triples the hair growth! I even notice my lashes getting longer. I got my bottle at wal-mart. On and I love the lipstick! I'm looking for a rosy soft pink color to match my rosy lips and yours is stunning!

Well the only side effect I can think of is that it makes hair long everywhere, not just scalp hair. Another is you may get facial hair or breakout. But I personally think if you start from a very low dose such as 1000 MCG and increase it after 2-3 weeks by a 1000 MCG you should be okay since those side effects occur as a jolt to your system. I personally didn't have any of those except I broke out here and there right when I started.

i used to think the same, that i would only get volume and shine from styling products. wrong. those products only clog on your hairs, suffocating the scalp and not letting it breathe, they build up on your hair and take off its natural shine.

the only 'styling' product i use is the tresemme volume mousse.AMAZING.i blowdry, with protecting serum. that's it, and i have amazing hair.i never invest in chemicals..i use coconut oil as a mask. five stars for that one. i suggest everyone to do the same

i found the matrix sleek heat protectant spray made my hair feel dry and straw-like. i would actually recommend the tresemme heat protectant spray which is really cheap from walmart/target/drugstore or whatever

actually the best way to grow your hair, is just to wait for it to grow. cutting your hair does not make your hair grow faster! thats a lie. but yes getting a trim is nice, but its not necessary if you don't use many heating products. to avoid the split ends just use heating protection oils, and sprays.

ur hair grows from the root not the ends. growng doesnt depend on how often you get a trim, thats a myth.

Yes but trimming cuts off the spilt ends and prevents your hair from breaking which will make your hair look healthier in the long run.

I used to use that shampoo and conditioner...I have very fine hair and was having problems with too much buildup (that shampoo and conditioner is pretty heavy and wasn't completely clearing out the buildup) Make sure you use a clarifying shampoo sometime (neutrogena). I since switched to Nioxin #2 cleanser and #2 conditioner and my hair has never had so much body...also, it feels clean without being stripped of moisture! try it!!
