in my opinion a two stroke is great for below 125cc, dont get me wrong i like my kx 125 but i think that if your gunna get a 125 2- smoker just get a 250f. but if you a choosing between a 250f or 250 2-stroke get the 2-stroke. if its between a 450f and a 250 2t its all about rider preference, do you like low end power or top end power, aka torque or top speed?

Air filter, silencer, expansion chamber, reed valves, and its a ton easier to do piston work if you want to get into that.

Haha I think your forgetting the fact that i've been riding for just over a decade and that i've formed my opinion about 2vs 4 strokes because i've owned many of both. And you saying I don't know how to change timing or shim valves is a stupid argument. Thats simple standard matinence. I've rebuild many 2 and 4 stroke engines and after having a couple well built bikes i've realized its not worth it to get into valve/cam work considering the extra stress on the top end.
Also putting a high compression piston to gain a couple extra horsepower isnt worth sacrificing engine life and being forced to run race fuel. The fact is that having all the extra moving parts in the end doesnt just make the bike more skillful to maintain, but it also makes the bike ridiculously expensive when it comes time for a rebuild. And seriously mansaying you know ull kick my ass in a race over the internet is just plain stupid because You sure as hell dont know my riding skill.
Lets argue facts here not skill since theres no way to prove who is a better rider. Oh and please try using some grammer, that was a total kick in the sack to read.
i went on their vet track about a month ago and the turns were awesome i felt so good the turns where banks and covered with sand i was holding it wide open in fourth gear i just wish i wasn't riding my mini cause its hard for a two stroke to ride a track like that

Thanks for the comments. The best pointers I can give is don't be spastic, ride smooth and pick good lines. Always look in front of you to where you want to go -- not where you are. Work on getting into and out of corners smooth and fast -- this is where you make up the most ground.
