try to dont let the kisaki come down to much when doing kiri oroshi, that makes you slow and the cut will be weak i think. It should be higher than your head.
@jackbrasco This is Muso Jikiden Eishin ryu as far as I see, it is a koryu style, and in fact some katas of seitei are derived from this style for your information :)))
im looking for a dojo in my city to start iaido lessons, but i cant understand how can use the sword like this(i mean, the sword weight is 800g ~ 1kg in 100 ~ 110 cm, and he moves it without problem :P)
Japanese frankness can be so precious, can't it? I'm not sure whether the comment at the end of the video is a defense of the newspaper using a Chinese soundtrack or an offense against Raju, as if he's pretending to be Japanese.
I never said I was offended. I just said that it was an insult.
How ignorant some people can be, even though both Japanese and Chinese cultures may appear to be very similar to the ignorant person, they are very different, including the music.
Thank you for posting this. It's the first time I see Raju-san in action. I've been reading some of his articles and translations floating around the net. Regards
