@ibleedorange99 i normally always go motor grip but in this case it's preference just do it which ever way you are most comfortable with in a face off but if you go motor grip and you wana pop it to yourself you have to flip your right hand over but they are both the same speed except motor grip is beter

i do this move all the time so i kno what im talking about. dont drag it as far back or you give the wingmen time to get close so when you throw the ball out they can either get the ball or they can check you once you pick it up. just maybe bring it back an inch or two max and pull to the side and throw it out. like to keep this up top

@BioShockxx so dont bend it as much. the point is to slightly bend your head so that the ball in pinched between the sidewalls. you flip it up so that as soon as the head straightens, the ball pops out for a fast break.
