never figured Peter Buck for a Stratocaster kinda guy. Knew he used to have a Telecaster, but then completely wrecked the head, like it was broken off. Tried to do a jump and raised the guitar above his head in mid air. The problem was it was a low ceiling, and it hit the ceiling and broke off. Bought the Rickenbacker the next day

He played a Les Paul on the Monster tour and sessions, played a Jag Stang in the "What's the frequency" video a stratocaster here, a Telecaster on an Old Grey Whistle Session playing "Pretty Persuasion", and I think that's all I've seen him play
