Five programs exist under the Citizen Corps Umbrella:

I had a job with the government and before I left, FEMA came around with the "Citizens Corps" enrollment. There are several in every county AND they are getting pastors to help as well, but pastors don't know the truth about them. They are getting EVERYBODY, all govt employees and volunteers and all emergency employees. You never know if you are talking to one.

Once I drove in downtown area & noticed railroad tracks behind buildings on main road. Decided to take back road tracks were parallel to & along the way found a building with tall wire fencing (though not turned inward) that tracks went right through and fenced area had gates on either side (of tracks) so that anyone getting off train would be locked within this high fence & lot was huge & full of what looked like warehouses. Also, few of the buildings had large grey tubes going into them.

I did and will get together in vid eventually. Also saw one in county above mine when I got lost looking for prison (for job interview). Turned out 1 1/2 block from prision is another large lot with warehouses along railroad tracks and this one had tall wire fencing with the top turned inward and the place was empty looking.
