O.K. Program, mentor program for black males,stop black homicide

It starts at home PERIOD! Most of these african american males end up in prison or dead because of bad parenting and bad choices. Noone is to blame but themselves or their parent/parents. There need to be a program to teach parents how to raise these black boys and you then wouldn't need programs like these.
