@TheCombatArmspwner dude it works. you just have to wait until the card arrives in the mail and then activate it. when its officially activated thats when you can add it to your paypal. trust me. i had to learn the hard way. if you try to add it to your paypal before activation. it wont work. and your going to have to make a whole new netspend account. even after you activate it paypal wont accept the other one because it failed to make the deposits. i went through the whole process man.
