that's the key thing hiho44, buy the cd....fuck this itune shit, it's so detached from the feeling of music. it should be about the whole package, smelling the lyric insert, putting it in you player the first time, admiring the images and cover art. that is what builds a relationship with the musician, not going on some website and shifting through the tracks you like and ignoring the rest. so what you have to spend two extra dollars, it's worth it.
@Chammy92243- If you really thought there was stuff like this in the seventies and especially the eighties you had to have been high man. MMJ is so far from the 80's sound it's ridiculous.
I've seen MMJ twice, once outdoors in Nashville on the banks of the Cumberland River and once at the Alabama Theater in Birmingham. They are a super-great live band! When I try to explain what kind of music it is, I can never put my finger on it, because it's unlike anything else out there. I guess you could say it's alternative southern rock, but that has an almost negative connotation. To hell with labels anyway.
@killashags This was my wedding song. NO ONE cared but me and (maybe) my husband. Prepare yourself for a loooong first dance. But my heart still races every time I hear it. Classic love song.

You really saw my naked heart.
You really brought out the naked part.
I don't know what you were doing-
I know I just want to thank you for thinking of me.
