Although I'm a strong believer and a good muslim who speaks arabic, its honestly the first time i understand the story of adam and the tree this way!! Thats really profound. If he learns arabic and memories the Quran, he would be a great scholar .. A great great scholar.. he's so smart and Allah gave him this magnificent ability to understand things behind the line for a reason.

I love Dr. Lang. He has a beautiful heart. Here's one man who's not a scholar and yet explaining the message of the Quran so beautifully. May Allah give him great honour and jannah.

Let me get this straight. He moved from an atheist world view to one in which Allah, the rock God, is the all-powerful creator of the Universe, and Mohammad his messenger, on the basis that a conversation between Allah and an angel in the Qu'ran seemed resonant in light of his past. The bar must have been set very low to begin with in terms of corroborating evidence.

@simonpjhall The man told you that he READ the Qur'an in light of his past. Why don't you read the Qur'an and ONLY then you can judge the man. One ex-Christian told me that he was told NOT to read the Qur'an because it's DANGEROUS. His comment after reading it was: yes it's a dangerous book, if you READ, it will change your life. And that what happened to this professor of mathematics. I hope you give the Qur'an a chance. How can you judge a book without reading it? That's irrational.

Although some of the things he says maybe teeth cringing to a person born and raised Muslim and a believer, this guy's lecture is a masterpiece because he gets really deep into the mind of an Atheist which is something a believer really can't fully conceive or comprehend. Wallahi, every single atheist should hear this. He's quite genuinely funny as well so i'm looking forward to the end lol. Long live Islam and may Allah guide more people like he did for him.
