thanks Sesu ( I'm assuming you got this up here). I wanted to hear and see some of the old Tramps Magic. Eric, like so many of your generation was here and gone way before his time. Damn city can't ride a bike. I've been hit 4 times in the last 2 years.
oh that is such a great video!!! I remember first meeting Eric and his band performing at the Mercer Arts Center. He will always be in my heart. Thank you for sharing this with us! Austria
Wow, although this was made a few years BEFORE I got into the Max's scene...I loved Eric, we had so many good times...Larry, Kevin and Sesu too! But, is that Ruby Lynn Reiner in the Police type hat?
Isn't it wonderful that you captured these magical moments on film? They should never be forgotten. Thanks for reminding us that they were real avant-gardistes.
Yes! Eric has been much in my mind lately and I wanted to post the best clips of him for the enjoyment of those who knew him. He was such a delight, so full of positive energy and infectious Joie de vivre!
I was too young to have been there and known him but from all I've read and heard, he was an awesome, one-of-a-kind guy.
I also wanted to say I'm a big fan of your "Superstar In A House Dress" book/dvd that was recomended to me by Eric's Magic Tramps bandmate and good friend Sesu - really great reading/watching. I will be picking up a few more of your DVD's as soon as my wallet allows! Thanks for bringing that time alive for someone who could not be there.
