I've not read the whole thread but I can assure you I know my music - Progressive House has changed hugely over the years, very different to the days of Sahsa and Digweed and some of the Renaissance releases, however, as most genres, music has evolved and you can now often find genres crossing over into each other. As for some of the other comments - lets just give this guy credit for his decent mix, smooth transitions and for uploading the mix in the first place.

This is very nice progressive house... if you think this is trance just listen to a Tiesto or Kimball Collins set, there is a big difference. I love the very clean transitions and song selection here. Good job!  I am digging this and still able to get my work done... most of the time.

@Smokieys not always it's got a lot to do with bpm, structure and the mood it creates. I find prog house is an all around good and uplifting feel, prog house tends to be faster, more focus on the beat, and has a darker, more serious tone to it and I find more prog trance with vocals in it. but that's just been my experience with finding prog house and trance and trying to differenciate the two...sometimes a fine line :)
