My doggy gets nervous-- I try doing that Cesar Milan calm-energy thing; you know the Dog Whisperer, and be calm while I'm giving my dog his meds. But he still struggles like mad. He's not supposed to chew this huge pill, so I have to do this again. Oh anyway, overshare, thanks for the video
My stubborn toy poodle spit it out a good 4 times using this method but finally got it down after the peanut butter trick failed (never failed me before with her!).. Now I bet she thinks I tried to kill her lol but at least the meds are finally in her system.

The nose and throat rubbing never seems to work for my dog. Thanks for the tip about the water. Time to get a syringe.
