neither one. Air alert is a big scam because is solely relies on endless repetitions (which is actually not good for explosive strength like jumping). Plyos is a good program, but in my opinion the trainingdays take too long, and you need to have a proper strength level. My advice buy the vertical jump bible by kelly bagget, it will tell you all you need
