my mua at the shisheido counter offered to give me a free sample size for the the mascara base. at the time, i thought "why the hell do i need this? what difference could it possibly make?" omg, the first day i tried it, it held my curl and prevented my mascara from flaking and smudging!! that's amazing, considering i don't wear waterproof mascara, and i have pretty watery eyes :D love that stuff!!

I live in the UK and my eyelash curler is exactly the same as that, but a different brand and I only pay 99p for it and I love it, its better than all of the expensive brands ive tried! x

thanks for sharing! i must try this combo out! my eyelashes are also stick straight and point down. no matter how many times i curl them, they go back to their normal position. it's annoying lol.

I swear Shiseido has the absolute BEST curler and mascara! Expensive but well worth it. The Shiseido make up artist at Nordstoms told me that other cosmetic brands come to their counter to use their eyelash curler all the time.
