I discovered it on family night on time when my aunt made nachoes and I would just try new things and I ate doritoes and threw som sour cream on it and I'v been hooked ever since lol thumbs up for doritoes and sour creeeam !!!

  • My exercise lasts 4-5 months a year. One month to get I shape, the rest is for marching band,lol! Seriously though, it's more physically demanding than people think. It's all in the calves and core. =P

Truthfully, if you ask a real dietician expert, they will tell you thats the best way to actually lose weight, by eating often throughout the day but in small portions and making a healthy choice. Also, always do something to keep active for the sake of blood circulation throughout your body. And drink plenty water for hydration as well as detoxing. Oh, and get plenty rest!

  • seriously I think this video will help alot of people...eating half of your meal and working out occasionally (once a week) can help a lot....I used the slimming patch....it made me do exactly that....I only at HALF my meal...I WAS LOSING WEIGHT...too but then I just stopped buying them....Thanks for the tips hun!!

    Anyways, I used to weigh around 140, I now weigh 118.

    It's crazy how those small things can have such a huge impact on your weight...

  • Not eating beef or pork makes a TON of difference. When I stopped eating beef and pork a while ago I literally lost like 60lbs in about 4 months. That was unhealthy....but yea...

I only work out if I feel like I'm getting out of shape. Your locs look great and they are growing...how long are you going to grow them out? I'd love to get to your length and then perhaps to my waist...then I'll probably cut them lol.

  • i am basiclaly built exactly the same as you, difference is, i definitly don't eat healthy, though i do really liek to eat carrots and other fruits and veggies, the crap definitly out ways, an i dont eat it THAT often (mostly cuz im too lazy to cook it) but i LOVE BACON!!! (hotel brand bacon has a pack with lower sodium and is pretty healthy for what it is), BUT the BIGGEST difference is, even though i do have the low stamina an motivation liek you do, i TRY to exercise every single morning

  • @applesandmustard lol.. it just means that you have a high metabolism and can "eat what you want and not exercise". guys who are extomorphs have an extremely hard time in the gym because their bodies process calories faster then their muscles can use them for growth. the plus side is ectomorphs also have difficulty storing fat which enables them to be leaner and healthier then those with slower metabolisms.
