@applesandmustard lol.. it just means that you have a high metabolism and can "eat what you want and not exercise". guys who are extomorphs have an extremely hard time in the gym because their bodies process calories faster then their muscles can use them for growth. the plus side is ectomorphs also have difficulty storing fat which enables them to be leaner and healthier then those with slower metabolisms.

As if you ever had 50 lbs. to loose. What do I look like. Ha. I don't know too many people sitting around waiting to get fat and wrinkly so you continue to be exceptional in that regard. I'm going out on a limb here: if you don't eat a lot you won't weigh a lot. Stop hating on the bacon and nobody does pork juice what's wrong with you lol. Ugh. Your secret is probably that prune juice; exceptional crunches right. That and you're a girl that means it when she says, "I'll have a salad."

LOL!! People used to tell me about that metabolism thing too when I was younger and I am....ahem...older now, it hasn't changed that much because I dont eat double doubles with bacon and bacon bits...with a diet coke

LOL my aunt does that when she makes bacon sandwiches...she fries up the bacon...and she toasts the bread...so after she fries the bacon she takes the toast and dips it in the bacon grease...then she puts like mayonnaise on the bread... like it takes EVERYTHING for me to not throw up..watching her eat that...like sometimes i have my phone in hand ready to dial 911 just in case she has a heart attack due to congested arteries

@applesandmustard lol.. it just means that you have a high metabolism and can "eat what you want and not exercise". guys who are extomorphs have an extremely hard time in the gym because their bodies process calories faster then their muscles can use them for growth. the plus side is ectomorphs also have difficulty storing fat which enables them to be leaner and healthier then those with slower metabolisms.

You lucky duck! I hate fighting to keep my weight down. I was your size when I was your age.....before kids and all that other body altering stuff! Now I'm 33 and gotta fight to keep it tight....which BTW isn't going so well. :o/
