@zZMizzerBoogsZz Hi! You should check out our program information about Spain, which you can find on our website. YouTube doesn't want to let us post a link to the exact program description, but if you go to afsusa.org and click on "study abroad programs," you should be able to find info about Spain pretty easily . And no! you don't need to know Spanish to study abroad on our program there (though it does help).
I am Italian and I have been hosted in Massachusetts, USA, in 2009-2010. The AFS experience completely changed my life and my view of the world. Now I am studying International Relations in London, and I owe it all to AFS. It's an experience that everyone should try. I won't say it's easy, because it's not. But I can assure you this: it is worth it. Thank you, AFS, for helping me to find myself and to become the person I am now, the person I want to be.
@7bitte Ciao! :) Studio all'università di Reading, che sta a 20 km da Londra! Tu sei via con AFS ora? Magari rispondimi sul mio canale così non intasiamo qua di commenti in italiano che non centrano nulla ;)
That is so true... i did it, i have spent one year 2010 -2011 in Malaysia <3 was the best time...
All the people that go abroad and try to change the world are eroes for me, they must be brave and show what a teenager can do, is a not easy but is a wonderful experience, and this is the first step for a better world!!!
Hi, @beerstado. Thanks for your comment. We actually do work with countries from all over the world, not just ones with predominately Muslim cultures. It's just that this video happens to focus on one specific program, the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study program. You can find out more about our other programs on our website, afsusa.org, or by checking out our other videos. Cheers!
gave me goosebumps while watching. truly an amazing experience and was a huge turning point in my life to become bolder! :)
