Yeah. So the story goes, and this can be found in Mal Evans' diaries, he co created the concept of the Pepper LP, as well as writting the title track and I think Getting Better. Don't know where the Beatles camp rests on all this. but can be found in his 66/67 diaries. The reason he didn't get a writting credit is because Lennon/McCartney would sell better, almost like a seal of approval.
