and lol before some asshole asks how ive seen the car cz all u can c in this video is the clocks. Ive seen pics of the car on the clubpolo forums. Mate where did u get your black VW badges from? I really cannot be asked to colour the original, would much rather buy em frm somwhere. Also what induction kit u got on that and did u put a cold air feed on it?

Black badges were off ebay. I got the standard one on the front again though and the expensive chrome one from the new Beetle on the rear (£30 but no one else has it). Induction is BMC with piping I also got off ebay going into the driver side arch.

Thinking of a new car soon, possbily Fiat 500 Abarth SS. Don't want to sell the Polo as I still really like it, even though I want more power!

@Mouse2113 Man, stick with VAG, abarths are sick as fuck, but theyre everywhere! and quite expensive. where did you get your short shifter? i can't find any half decent ones, looking for something along Sach's line. Does your clutch perdal travel about a foot? mines doing my fucking head in, bite is right at the top too . . . nightmare!! nice acceleration! not sure about the chrome dials ahaha

@valenghi1 Too late, have the Abarth now and love it to bits. Only seen a few up in Aberdeen, and a rarity compared to the common as much Cooper S. Thinking of going back to VAG in a few years, possibly a second hand Golf or Scirocco R or a BMW E92 coupe possibly!

When I got the short shifter for the Polo, it was one of the last so good luck finding one now. Still miss the Polo, wasn't the quickest car in the world but great fun to drive and still looks fantastic today inside and out.

Mate you have got one super slick MK5 6n2 Gti,ive got the same thing in a black four door, nippy little cars. For those of you that dont know, ours are technically categorised as MK5s because we have the facelift models with upgraded panels so it makes ours the 6n2 MK5 Gti. Im in the procces of 'euroing' mine up too aswell, yours is really mint though mate. Luvn ur induction sound. I chucked a pipercross into mine, sounds sweet too. Keep up the good work mate!

As far as I'm aware you can't get them seperate as they are part of the Polo GTI clocks. Standard 6N2 Polo clocks have a matt silver ring and don't have the analog clock, but a digital one. A temperature guage replaces the digital clock in the GTI

Hey guys. My car is the 6n2 or Mk5 (00-02 model) and not the new 1.8T (9n3 or Mk7);) The new GTI is a very nice car indeed. Acceleration is not bad considering it's a 1.6 in a 1090kg car
