This feels like scripted. I'm not saying that to defend the bodybuilder, I do believe an expert fighter can easily beat a bodybuilder who's inexperienced in fighting. But you can't feel the impact of the punches here, like they are holding back, plus the fact that they pose a lot. So this is either a WWE-version of MMA in another country, or opening gag for a fight (you can hear the laughing), or shooting a scene for a movie.
