  • @ikarooz He wouldn't listen and understand you anyway. Such people could be convinced only by force. Braindead type of a person. Unfortunately, our traffic police is not helping much when in comes to prevent such people from driving. They are always happy to "forgive" the driver in exchange for certain sum of cash. This is real problem in Russia.

    But this guy on video (who's the organizer of illegal street races in Moscow) is having a whole bunch of problems now. But not with law. Yet.
