  • thank you so much for posting this video! This is the first time in months that I have had some relief. I was wondering how often I could safely perform your technique? Once again, Thank you.

  • I just adapt this technique so I can do it myself and It feels SOOOOOO good. Thank you for this vidéo.

  • Thank you Douq for this great video. To be honest, I haven't seen these techniques anywhere before, but they helped alleviate the tingling sensation that I've had in my left foot. However, I have a little concern. While massaging, sometimes I would feel a sharp pain, probably because of compressing the tibial nerve. Also when I went to bed, I felt the same type of pain, but it went away shortly. Is this normal? or am I doing it rather harshly?

    I'd appreciate your opinion.

    Thank you.

  • @Haisook I had the same problem. Before any massage or compressing, I had to care the nerve inflammation, which was the reason of the pain, I used Voltaren Capsules, and two weeks after, I started the physioterapy treatment. (Laser, short wave, and Ultra-Sound) during one week, I use to sleep two hours per night. Now I dont have any pain at all, just a little warm sensation! I started to run 10 km a day, and I have a new smile in my face again. Best Wishes. Bye

  • I'd be careful doing this with patients with tts. Just ask first please.

Just looking at this, I know if you did that with me, I'd have pain and problems walking.

No one touches my ttunnel area anymore, not even my neurologist.

  • Help please. Some years ago I accidentally 99%sevsered my ulna nerve(in 2001)Please show what I could do to get feeling and strength back in my pinkie and thumb.Great info thanks!

  • Tom. Based off your input, a 99% severed ulna nerve is near impossible to fix. You most likely will never get feeling back in those fingers ever....

  • in response to my reply i would also like to state that you still have a radial nerve for feeling.

  • This was very cool, thanks for uploading! This looks like it would be a good integration for someone recovering from overstretched/stressed extensor/flexor digitorum?
