my bunny is 1 year old and not too heavy in the summer she is skinny and in the winter she get a little fatter.. anyways... thanks for the tip ill take her some time :D
Thanks but her name was Snowy. She ended up dying in June 2008 at less than 2yrs old! I don't know what happened to her because I didn't have he during her entire life. =(
So sorry to hear of Snowy's recent passing. It's very hard to lose a pet. My ladyfriend has an adorable hotot, just over 3 yrs old now. She's 4 lbs which I believe exceeds dwarf classification. I named her "Petunia". Hope you're well.
Rabbits are great pets! It all depends on how old it is, if it was mistreated, etc. I recommend the dwarf hotots (white with the black eye rings) to everyone for all around personality and the fact that they're nice rabbits. Where are you from? Maybe I can help you find a local breeder if you'd like. Thanks and Happy Holidays! -Suzie (shakiki)
I'm from Omaha,NE. I've been looking for places, my concern is that I want a pet that I can play with, I saw a little bunny on youtube that actually acted like a dog, so I was wondering if they are affectioned.
Yes, they are affectionate and all have their own different personality. The father of the bunny in this video is the one I take with me in the car. He either sits on my lap or my shoulder the entire time and is a good rabbit to hold and if you put him outside, but if you put him on furniture, he hops everywhere!
It's a dwarf, I got it from a girl that couldn't keep it anymore, it's 7 months old, i think he likes my husband better than me 'cause he licks him a lot...
Hahaha, cute! Yes, that's a clue! I just got a new bunny, too! I'll try and get a video or two of her to put on here! Yay for bunnies! They're so darn cute! =)
Not all females get moody and the same goes with males. I have 5 rabbits-- 3 females and 2 males. One of the males is neutered and the other is not. None of the females are spayed and they are all nice and extremely sweet. I'm not sure where people get by saying that one sex would be calmer, etc. I think it depends how they were raised.
Indeed, he obviously doesn't understand the full concept of a food chain. Whatever eats a rabbit can be eaten by yet something else, then that something else can be eaten by something else. And so on..
All it is snake food! Rabbit owners are sick individuals who shouldn't be allowed out in normal society. Rabbit owners are nothing but demented freaks with rabbit shit all over the floor, thats sick!
lesse...um you could call it fiver, dandelion, blackberry or pipkin, which all happen to be from watership down. have you read it? i'm sure you would like it
I'm sorry you feel this way and I'm sorry you probably never had a bunny in your life. If you did you would know that it's just twitching. If you had any real comments keep it to yourself you dumbass fucktards (word= andrea). Its' eyes weren't open yet so how could it be scared looking?

DONT get a female rabbit... they get moody and bitchy... male rabbits (after neutering) are much more responsive to attention.

Decorative bunnies can't survive in wilderness. Firstly because of thjeyre size - they wouldnt get big enough to survive winter.

@ AaronCraze :
Then snakes are just hawk's food and should not be "allowed in the normal society!"
Silverleaf28 4 years ago
Aaron you're such a fucktard. Hotots are show-breed bunnies. It's not a wild bunny. It wouldn't make it out in the wild.

Kill it, slash its throat you cunt. This is wrong, it should be out in forest getting its own food!

Hotots are too tame to be let out in the wild , its in their blood. If they were let out they would starve. looks like your real smart

It looked like you were a bit rough with the bunny when it was trying to sleep. i think ur harrassing it a bit O.O
Anyway, I think you should call the bunny with a name that contains 'snow' since its all white and fluffy and... yeah.
