NOM NOM Tinkie! This is one of the reasons I love going out to Skinners at Lockport, they always have sweet potato fries! Love 'em. I figure they balance out the big ol' sloppy burgers I have, those and the diet coke :D LOL Yours look even better and more healthy. I love the skin on potato as well - that's the best part!! Looks delicious! Sweet potatoes are great for you. My grandmother made them with mini marshmallows, cinnamon, and maple syrup. I think they're called candy sweet potatoes. Soooo good!

Great looking recipe Tink! I make sweet potato fries about 2-3 times a week. I've not tried them with Rosemary before, but I sure will now. I usually coat them with EVOO, Garlic, White Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, and a bit of Paprika.

Nice to see you doing a cooking vid Tink! I've been served sweet potato fries in the restaurant and not cared for them. They may have been made from frozen though. But those that you just cooked appear to be excellent!

I always have either a sweet potato or sweet potato fires or the tater tots...I can't remember the last time I ate A reg. potato...forget about Martha Stewart,Julia Child....LOve watching you prepare with those gorgeous model hands!
