Hogan wasn't 6'6 though, he used to wear, like in this vid, for instance, cowboy boots with big heels, that's why he appears shorter nowadays, he doesn't wear that crap to increase his actual size----around 6'3.5-6'4. If you don't believe me, check him vs the Undertaker in 1991, he was dwarfed, height-wise.

Also, his size-----he looked almost puny at say, WM9, by comparison to his earlier self, but, he did look pretty damn built AND lean(for once), @ Wrestlemania 18..
