@sanji572 if this is to late, its simple, sakisaka gave up playing teh game, tabby went off to be a nurse, and Haseo, Ovan, and Shino.... well just follow G.U. games (whcih end at the end of the season of Roots) and you will find out what happened to all of them.

Actually it does explain. There is a game series that takes palce the moment the anime ends. Actually the anime was made because the game was confusseing in japan, so japan made the anime to clear up the realtionship questions of the characters. If you dont like spoilers, stop reading here. In the game it goes on, Haseo kills "Tri-Edge" but he comes back and later Haseo learns that Ovan is Tri-Edge, not the fake Kite and Shino does come out of her coma after the virus AIDA and CUBIA are gone.

@AxelHaseo the best way to describe the Azure Knights are fragments (data collection) of Kite, Balmung, and Orca's original character designs Aura used Kite the wielder of the Bracelet of Dawn and the 2 Descendants of Fiana their character models were given an AI and an order from Aura "Destroy all anomalies within The World" and thats what the Azure Knights are meant to do to keep the system free of all data bugs and other distortions i hope that answered your question ^-^

She goes into a coma. It's an irregular death in the world. Shino meant a lot to Haseo, and it's not like she told him it was okay like it was a normal thing in The World. To see her fall apart in his hands like that - it'd scar Haseo a bit. Especially after she hinted a bit that something might end up happening to her.

That Kite is what Aura remembered from the earlier games (due to the fire at CC Corp, most - if not all - of The World's data was gone, including Kite's data ), so Aura made Azure Kite in order to help protect the system. Azure Kite appeared after Ovan accidentally PKed Shino.

ovan'a arm AIDA went out of controll right when he teleported and killed Shino Triadge just appeared there and thought to be the one who killed Shino although i think that if it wasn't Ovan it would be Kite so Shino would die anyway :(
