No B-2 Spirit has ever been shot down. Only 1 F-117 was ever shot down in it's history. The last U.S. Military Fixed Wing Aircraft to be shot down by enemy aircraft was in the 1970's. NATO and the United States have retained Air Superiority for the last 40 Years. Yugoslavia being able to down the most sophisticated U.S. Bomber with normal Anti-Aircraft Missles is the equivilent of Haiti being able to sink a Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier.
