@Caine830 Drifting is not the fastest way to get around a corner that's for sure, it also wears out your tires way quicker than you want when you're racing. What these guys here are doing is just having a bit of fun, it is an incredible adrenaline rush. Finally drifting is also done to show off and to look cool yes, it's a way of displaying your abilities with a car and how well you can control it even when it looks like you are completely out of control.
