This is an invitation to anyone or everyone to see an artist theory on the physics of light and time!
This theory is based on two postulates
1. Is that the quantum wave particle function Ψ represents the forward passage of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π itself
2. Is that Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle ∆×∆p×≥h/4π that is formed by the w- function is the same uncertainty we have with any future event that we can interact with turning the possible into the actual!
Really weird for me, looking back at this vid now. I look back and realise just how deluded i must have been whilst on a path to a free mind, i must have worked so hard to acheive an unaltered state. Yet all I have ended up with is the same me but without any mental clutter or confusion. The freedom is a universal freedom shared by us all and not a personal and deluded version of the truth. Glad to be in this place now, but dont think its sensible to label it, as thats just another delusion.
Actually, in my experience, meditation has been psychologically destabilizing at times, as the unconscious unloads its "junk" and I have to come to terms with past psychic flotsam and jetsam.
This is the purgation phase of the mystical journey.
Sanity is eternity's surrender to time, and vice versa...
@JoeJacari Good stuff Joe. Like your sense of humor. Mind's a machine, world's made with it. Self relfection, the "I" thought, all the resta that bs. Nix the mystical journey. Time wasted in Lalla Land. Get outa your experience, it sounds destabilizing.
The ego is the roadblock. The hardest thing for me at least was to change perception from the ego state and understand and accept that "we" are simply one consciousness viewing what we think are our lives (ego). Once id got it and (accepted it!) it changed me totally, its a real battle because we feel safe with our insecurities. Stop searching and youll find what you are looking for. Once the ego is out of the way, your life gets back on track, you learn to trust in god and not your stupid mind
@mefisto021 I just recall to have listen to one of her videos. The 3 names I gave you will tell what is to be told. They never wrote a book or sold anything. You can find books on transcripts of interviews and lectures. You can order them at amazon. I listen to the other guys 'cause I found it help me to connecting the dots. There's no "secret" anybody can tell you and you must to work by and for yourself or all will be just a bunch of words. You may also listen to Papaji (he's already gone).
@NYCw66 It's simple but intriguing cause the ego. It's like an actor who forgot he's acting and now believes he's the character. Not easy to explain. Most people search for happiness they can't find by possession of things. There're many "teachers" out there. Most so lost as their listeners. I recommend: Jiddu Krishnamurti, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ramana Maharshi. They're gone in body form. There're videos and books. Also Burt Harding , Adyashanti videos. You'd not need anybody else. Cheers
@NYCw66 There's no specifics, no proof. There's no doing either. All inquiries like these come from the ego state. One doesn't need to do anything but watch the movement of thoughts as they arise most like as watching a movie with no judgment or seeking; just watching. Awareness should arise and with it the answer to all inquiries.
one thing to realize is that the body never moves it always simply is, it is the mind that goes all over the place and starts thinking up crazy stuff. When you identify with that crazy mind you become your thoughts and thats bad, bcause everyone has thoughts its just thoughts nothing more its natural. whenever your mind is telling you things, "oh no im not going to do that because ill look stupid etc etc" when ever its speaking just look at your body and see that it IS, no presure not trying
A companion of the prophet Muhammad, Bilal, understood this concept of Oneness... and he was not in opposition to his slave master when his slave master would torture him... he would say 'Ahad, Ahad' 'One, One'! Most muslims miss this aspect of Islam and think it was a passive protest... I honestly believe Bilal understood that he and his master were both illusiory manifestions of the One that really is (aka Allah, God, Brahma, etc.)
dear Adyashanti ~ i am receptive to higher-resonating energy ... i discovered much to my delight that i produce a fourth dimensional mandala (the yin-yang vibration) when wearing earphones and listening to your voice. universal energy is loved by awareness. we channel it unconsciously. we can become more acutely aware of it by applying our attention
Doggypound tend to agree it would seem we all suffer form a condition that is really just a cluster f%#k we do to ourselves. That is what is cool about folks like Adyashanti, Mooji, and several other men and women. They shine the light to unf#$k our internalized tankled images.
Simon0...mental illness is (mental) it is in the egoic mind! So you are not really different than the people who are not diagnosed with "mental Illness". We all have egoic mind and we all have to suffer enough to let go of that mind in order to really "seee" to become aware. To see reality as it really is not as we all see it thru our individual egoic minds. So ..stop listening to your mind and just be hon...and "see" hugs xox
if you want to write privately i could probably tell you exactly what i have been diagnosed wtih, but i dont really want to type it directly onto youtube.
Hi all. I suffer with some types of mental illness which i dont really want to say exactly what they are, but i am wondering if this affects the awakening process.. i.e. is it gonna work differently for me due to having mental illness?
If anyone has a deep understanding of this (probably requires both an understanding of awakening and metal illness), please write to me and let me know.. thanks.
Ok thanks for reply. I am inclined to agree. There is still a little tick in my mind "awakening may work differently due to mental illness".. that tick is still there. But another part of me sees what you are saying.
Unfortuantely though i have read and listened to so much Aadyashanti, it has all been just words. I have not really had an experience that has drastically changed my life. So it just remains words and concepts without really having major changes in my life.
Do not expect for the experience, and don't expect no experience. Words without basis fall away- you need to see it for yourself. Simply meditate - sit still, regularly, it's just a matter of habit.
thanks for response. The meditative practise i do is chanting "Amitabha, Amitabha, Amitabha", like that. I dont do it that much, just about 10 minutes a day.
But it helps me to let go. Perhaps i would need to do that more. thanks for the reply.
but when you read all about awakening the mind wants it! Well i do anyhow. Even if there is nothing to get, etc.
Actually i just want to be freer of pain because i am usually stressed out. And awakening is freeing of suffering.
I personally think "awakening" can happen to anyone. Even someone born with no hearing, sight, or other senses. Or someone locked in a box since birth.... not to mention any type of mental or physical affliction. An important word in my first sentence is "can".
your awareness of the mental ilness is not itself illness. We are all neurotic to a greater or lesser extent. Awareness is free of it all. I am not limited to that but I do what I can to deal with my situation (or not). Awareness remains. The awarenss never gets ill, never changes, has no ups and downs. That is who you are - that which does not come and go.
Simon-I was diagnosed with some pretty serious things and all that has really helped is meditation and videos like this-it is alot of work-sometimes meditating up to 7 hours a day, but it is all that has worked for me-medication a little bit and therapy basically hasn't worked at all. I was diagnosed with what is called mixed personality disorder-it effects the brain, so i thought the best way to get better was to detach from this broken mind, and so far, so good.
@crnogora This might sound heartless, but it isn't meant that way. Having such a severe mental disorder (I suffer from clinical depression) is a 'blessing' from the p.o.v. of being unable to bear the insanity anymore. You realise that you can't exist that way and you have to seek out consciousness.
Agreed! He is amazing. Its hard though to do the stuff he talks of about awakening. Maybe not so much hard, but sometimes not totally clear in which direction one should be moving.

Sit still in sitting meditation, and 'sit still' in mind, amidst the movement of our activities in daily life.

Most of us are all suffereing from a mental illness called the human experience.
I don't believe the awakening of your conscience will be affected by mental illness.
If thier was no mental illness, there would be no need for an awakening.
Even people who apear well adjusted to our sick society, are actually suffering from serious mental illness.
