  • deathrock, punk, horrorpunk, postpunk son los generos que mas escucho y amo

  • Dethkloks better :3

  • who cares

  • What's the band at 2:07-2:32?

  • @EvilPyroCan NM, Antiworld.

  • @EvilPyroCan I think it's Antiworld. Don't look them up, they're crap.

  • nice video :)

  • Was the Batcave deathrock ? Um. The early bands and movement were brilliant, the new bands copy cats. Look at Specimen now, there more inspired by The Cramps and Johnny Slut looks has changed.

  • @MrRjmac

I agree with "Um". The Batcave was a Goth/Wave/Avantgarde club. Most of the US Death Rock bands released their first albums in 1982/83. Death Rock came AFTER Goth Rock. The American Death Rock movement was strongly influenced by the British Goth scene. In 1980/81, Siouxsie and Bauhaus toured in the States. Kommunity F**K and Gitane Demone were big fans of Bauhaus, Joy Division, Killing Joke, Sex Gang Children, Virgin Prunes, Xmal Deutschland etc. People should read more interviews.

  • What's the name of the song?

  • Too much pink halfway through. But an ok movie.

  • who cares wat u call it its gay,fuk emos punks not dead.go jump of a bridge

  • isnt the whole neon and what not stuff considered cybergoth?

  • @baublemoon you mean deathrockers weren't at all influenced by Bauhaus, Joy Division, The Cure, etc. surely there seem to be a lot of similarities, especially to Bauhaus, but it's true deathrock grew out of LA punk bands like Flesh Eaters, The Germs, etc.

  • these colorfull neo,,deathrockers´´ . It´s sick that they´re call themselfs deathrocker . They think that if they have clothes from all those f*** expensive shops and on the face two tonnes of makeup they´re deathrockers. Oldschool was something diffrent . Lost in the 80s

  • If you listen Christian Death, Samhain, Sisters of Mercy, Kommunity FK, Skeletal Family, etc. check out AURAL EXILE

  • 2:40 i passed out <3 <3 <3

  • What's this song?

  • VIVA O PAGODE !!!!

  • I like cybergoth and deathrock but why put both groups into one video?

  • @cybergothpunkfreak because these days there is a evolution of them and it's a mashing of styles.

  • @AntiMusick I could understand industrial deathrock, kinda like my buddy's band tragic black was. but not really cybergoth lol

  • @cybergothpunkfreak cybergoth, seems to be a hodgepodge of rave/gabber(hardstyle)/industrial with more of a dark gothlike edge... some might call it terror ebm for the distorted vocals over the techno dance beat. It's club music but not the happy or house.

  • @cybergothpunkfreak

Deathrock and Industrial are two seperate genres.

  • @Velheim1334 yeah .... no kidding.... I agree.... did you not actually read the comments?

  • That was a mix of deathrockers, goths, steampunks. I even saw a few of the Islington Punks in there!

  • 1:28 reminds me of hangry and angry...

  • modern deathrock sucks, it lost its touch, its all about the fashion, and it seems very close minded to other varieties of music (mostly classic tunes). its not creative anymore, and thats what deathrock was about since 1980

  • Huy. No metan a Ian Curtis en esto

  • @EtieneyOssip como se llama esta rola?

  • Did I see lady gaga?

  • LOVE IT FUCKING LOVE IT!!!! nothing like good old 80's and 90's Goth/Rockers. The men look so hot with that big black hair.;-)

  • Muajaja...

  • 2:42 HOT!

  • whats the band at 2:08?

  • @ThornUvDaath777 Antiworld

  • @jesselakerr Alien Sex Fiend, Specimen, and Voodoo Church are all worth a try.

  • @SirIntegraHellsingJr thanks =D

  • I love deathrock one of the remaining music out there that doesn't blow.

  • looks like an retarded crewof old x users lol

  • fucking poussers (o como se escriva ) long live thash metal! \m/

  • OMGOMGOMG the guy with the bi-deathawk at 2:40 :D <33333 ASF ftw

  • I'm sure the deathrock/goth genre will eventually come back. The majority of people think emo's a fashion, every fashion ends eventually.

  • whos that at :41 thats some gnarly hair

  • I want hair like that.

  • the first few mins are great,

the pictures and clips from the german Events are nice also...

but I think you sadly have to face the truth...

the true Death Rock/ Gothic genre is already as good as dead...

Most "Goths" listen to this never industrial thing here...[ including me, but i prefere listen to ASF Sisters of Mercy or Bloody Dead and Sexy...]

the scenes are changing with the years I think. And If you really love the Gothic Lifestyle, you evolute with youre scene... thats my oppinion...

  • Mallrats? tgrlilly shows how much you know! those are maquarades and conventions. Not malls. GOOD SHIT OXIDIZED.

  • great video!!! If you like death rock and dark morbid art please check out my band Elegy of Madeline, we have a video called 'our naked masque (hymn to dust) on youtube.

  • ein hoch auf den deathrock ^^

  • srsly, i hate those "vicious videos" idiots... they always hang around in front of the gates to the wave gotik treffen and try to film under young new-goth chicks skirts -_-

  • uBBer Goth lol

  • annoying to see all of this crappy nu goth included. draw a line already!!!!!!! these non-d.i.y. cats don't even know who peter murphy is... let alone diana cancer.

  • @nefera

And if they do, they know next to nothing about tape trading/bootlegs.

  • ^ typo? i think you meant "dinah cancer". sorry, not being rude...just made me giggle.

  • @sanityassassin119 I was gonna point that out too, lol!

  • ^ typo? i think you meant "dinah cancer". sorry, not being rude...just made me giggle.

  • @nefera dont be a douchebag hipster or i'll eSlap the shit out of you..

  • Those were te good old days:) too bad that this society is too stuck-up and so-called "perfect" too accept artists like us. It's a real shame.

  • exactly !

    very well spoken ;-) !

  • who is this?

  • what do you mean?

  • whos this band :P

  • Jacquey Bitch :)

  • @Industrial666Freak you think you have it bad?

atleast u got to exerance thos days

i was born in 96 and by the time i knew what was going on emo fucks were takeing over my town

  • This song is called Misery by Jacquey Bitch

For those of you who were asking.

  • What's the song called?!

    Thankyou in advance.

  • is this what goths listen to xD

  • Yes this is a fusion genre to goth rock.

  • @GothicMetalHead100 it was the first and last genre. There were not goths in that era, only deathrockers.

  • I agree like what I said it's a fusion genre to goth rock just like hardcore is a fusion genre to punk... The deathrockers had their own subculture I agree.... I'm a Deathrocker, and Goth myself... Theirs still today deathrockers who don't consider themselves to be goth. I don't even really listen to metal even know my name might give you that idea... :)

  • @GothicMetalHead100 listen to Aural Exile if you like Bauhaus, Christian Death, Samhain, Flower Leperds, etc.

  • @auralexile Yes, this is GothicMetalHead100's other channel. I didn't like the futile name of the channel so I deleted it.

    Anyways, Great band! :)

  • @GothicMetalHead100 Death Rock existed before Goth Rock

  • @AntiMusick

    YES it did w00t

  • was is this music??

  • 2:19 Haha what a "Goth" you have to love the one ugly person who thinks they are bad ass for playing drums and wearing horrible makeup... sure... thats why no one likes you... please.

as for the rest, well gone.

  • @whgwcd

Actually, that's drummer from Antiworld, which is a deathrock/horror punk band, so shut your fucking mouth cause he never claimed to be shit, you're the one that assumed that he was claiming anything.

And while doing that you stereotyped him, way to go jack ass.

  • *well done.

  • what is that music video

    made in the bathroom?

I wanna see the whole thing

  • @mrbelmont2000

    Antiworld - Horror High

Check it out, it's pretty sick.

  • Ive always wanted to have a death rock

girlfriend like the ones in this video

but the reality is that most of them act snobby

    like their shit dont stink

  • punks not dead :-)))

  • @LiTtLeMiSsSs

punk is very much alive, but thats not what this video is about

  • the band is novocaine mausoleum

  • what band and song is the music video? i lost this band and i dont remember the name :(

  • The artist is Jacquy Bitch and the song is Misery.

  • The beginning is not Death Rock either, it's original British Goth - it's film from the Batcave club in London in the early 80s - there was no such thing as Death Rock then. These original Goths don't really have any connection with the later 'Mansonites' that borrowed the name.

  • What band is that at 2:13? I've seen them before and I think I liked them....sadly I forgot the name. :[

  • It's Antiworld.

  • The batcave was founded by Ollie Wisdom of specimen, it was crawling with deathrockers back in the day. But its all about the music not the labels.

  • Batcavers were the rejects of the Blitz.XD

  • the gorgonas part annoys me.

  • gorgonas is so......annoying

  • does anyone knows the name of the song? and the band of course!!

I'm more into the metal scene but i enjoyed this song a lot ... well, probably because i'm high but whatever ... i still want to know

  • Jacquy Bitch - Misery.

  • Omg the clothes in this video is awesome

  • Very uneven video...

  • Ok the song sounds like NEVA or Jaquy Bitch......

can someone please tell me the title of this song? ^^v^^

  • I really wanted to win that shirt =/

A shirt signed by Mr. Nik Fiend himself.

Yeah, I was promised all deathrock. and what I found was cool then down hill then. ANTIWORLD! then downhill.

  • are ya kiddin me!!!! You start out with some real deathrockers and then it all goes horribly wrong!! Mall rats?? mansonites?? With a sprinkle of real stuff laced in there. The description is deathrock right?

  • Agreed with you its start very great with the bands and turn into mainstream neo-goths comercial crap (the video part fare from WGT) who is 45% craps, 50% pseudo "industrial" cyber, ebm and 5% deathrock.

  • @tgerlilly65 where are the mansonites? and the mall rats? all i saw were deathrockers, then followed by rivetheads and cybergoths

  • @tgerlilly65 ur right i goes good then goth then emo then horror punk then real stuff

  • @tgerlilly65 because those real one are now your parents or grandparents and they passed it on to the kids, also because of popularity and capitalism you see the stuff that was once custom available as commercial products, but at least it's not more than 20% in the mainstream market it's less as less.

  • This song sounds like 'Gotterdammerung' playing. Which song though, that I don't know.

  • wait, so what song is this and by who?

  • what's the name of this song?

  • What?Minor Threat????Jacquy Bitch!!!!!!!

  • random Joy Division? heh great

  • I Prefer To Use The Word Deathrock, ONLY Because Every Other Wanna Be Uses The Word "goth" Without Knowing AnyThing About It...

  • mallgoths...

  • I didn't notice any marylin manson anywhere. Therefore, not mallgoth.

  • well first of all i was refering to what you said about the word goth and how people like mallgoths misuse it. and MM wouldn't be a mallgoth musician, slipknot,ICP,HIM,evanesence, cradle of filth and korn would though

its like saying boy george is a mallgoth cause he wore black clothes and makeup, manson doesnt claim to be goth, mallgoths just ruin his image. which is quite unfortunate for his other fans.

  • You know that culture club had all those dark lyrics about being happy. Do you really want to hurt me best goth song ever. * Sarcastic joke* .

  • okay how about you call T-rex,David Bowie,GG allin, skinny puppy or ozzy osbourne mallgoths

  • 0.o I kid and you go off on a tangent? David Bowies Glam.

    GG is hardcore.

    Skinny Puppy is Good?

    Ozzys always been metal.

What about them? I was not trying to prove a point.

That was a swing and a miss.

  • oh okay, my point was none of them are goth and never were goth. however they wear dark clothes makeup(most of them) and have dark lyrics as do marilyn manson which doesn't make him goth or a mallgoth.

    P.S skinny puppy is industrial.

  • I'd be careful throwing around industrial. I got my ass handed to me by some elitist stating "Skinny puppy is electro/house. Industrial is a type of experimental music." Then after a few names he stated Nurse with wound was industrial.... =/ I hate elitists.

  • elitist rivethead/industrialists(or whatever they call themselves) cannot be nearly as bad as elitist goths, i mean im into punk but I've dabbled in the scene and god there are some assholes in there. join Gothic_international on vampirefreaks if you want to see what i mean. God I hate vampirefreaks...

  • I did for about a week. People that just shit on the scene if you ask me. I like most punks more then my gothic friends do to the fact they make utterly ridiculous debits about something they were not around to see. "Bauhaus is what made goth rock." I hate that false assumptions with no proof. Punks great I just hate the punks of today. Let's listen to Minor threat and get wasted.... Well they missed the message.

  • im more of a solo-punk if you know what i mean, only punk in my town. I hate how goths are always desperate to impress the older goths with their taste fashion and music, i mean it's a punk offshoot what happened to non conformity and freedom, i say the same thing about the sXe scene.

  • HA! Minor threat no comment!

  • I don't like minor threat..I like mainly street punk,Oi! and anarcho punk, at events i mainly socialize with the skinheads.

  • Skins are the last of the punk to not fuck up their scene. Well the Sharps(commie) and Nazi skins running around get really annoying. I like the 4 skins and Cockney Rejects. They had no political view point on sexuality and black or white.

  • I like skins, not so much the fashion though. I dress more street punk or standard punk, but so do a lot of people in the Oi! scene.

  • I fuckin love Oi!

  • Oi! is the best type of punk, the second best is anarcho.

  • I agree.

  • I hate the hardcore scene. the vegan shit annoys me but ths sxe thing is ridiculous. I mean to live that sort of clean life style is cool but why insist on belonging to a group? not to mention any of their music is awful besides the first wave is awful. and not dressing punk doesn't make you more punk, its just conforming to not only the scenes standards but society's standards.

  • I don't really care I do my thing. I usually don't let shit bug me. I just LOVE death rock to bed theirs to many asshole that make us out to be assholes. Well I'm a trolling asshole. xD But besides trolling I'm pretty alright.

  • that make sense it just annoys me how they say they are more punk than everyone else.

and anyways what is your vampirefreaks?

  • DravenWinter,Draven_Winter one of those.

  • so...that would go deathrock/gothic punk, then oi, then horrorpunk, then anarcho...etc...

  • you forgot psychobilly, traditional goth and ska

  • oh, i didn't forget..i just didn't want to make my comment longer by listing those things...

the list goes on a lot longer

deathrock/gothic punk, oi, horrorpunk, anarcho-punk, hardcore punk, psychobilly, rockabilly, trad goth/post-punk, experimental/industrial, ebm, goth rock, folk-punk, jazz, classical, dark cabaret, circus music, etc....ska is way down there in my opinion..no offense...but the list is way too fucking long...i don't even think that was in the right order....

  • I don't like modern hardcore stuff i mean first wave is alright but minor threat and all that is just awful.

  • eh..there are a lot of modern hardcore bands that are awful...but i think minor threat are...alright...not great..not bad...the hardcore i like is the stuff like...angelic upstarts, combat 84, monster squad, the casualties, gbh, a global threat...mainly all streetpunk and oi hardcore...

  • umm i think your a little confused streetpunk and Oi! are separate from hardcore. some hardcore is alright, i just dont like SXE thing.

  • yeah, i'm talking about the music...hardcore punk...oi and streetpunk crossover with hardcore a lot...so i just put oi and streetpunk along with hardcore since they cross over a lot..i know..lumping in things together is bad to do...but eh....

also, the sxe thing is a lifestyle thing...i don't have a problem with it...but i'm not sxe.

  • I'm sorry if this was asked before, but can anyone tell me the name of this song? Thanks!

  • Umm, I think it was Misery by Jacquy Bitch or something almost exactly like that.

  • that's it! Thank you!
