@PrincipeMezzos well....I started with unintended and then moved onto plug in baby when i taught myself guitar lol but maybe it was easier for me because i play grade 6 piano.

Plug in Baby is extremely useful though as it helps to develop picking routines, scale movements, arpeggios and barre chords. Might take him a while to learn though lol

@Iwantamansonguitar i think this is more like the actually recorded versions, not so much like the live versions most people seem to cover, and matt plays it different one way or another every time he plays it live, so i dont think its wrong at all, (just closer to the original before Matt expanded the live riff, as with most of their songs). i'm assuming the backing track came with a copy of total guitar a fews years back?? i have the copy, and play the song the same way. and it sounds fine x

by ear that is good man , i think the end of your verses is a bit off well from the tabs im using to play tgis but its still passes as being greast this song surprisingly isnt as hard as youd expect once you can nail the main riff thats the hardest part over with , congrats tho by ear id never ever try haha :)
