@mercyhurstchic My mom's Min Pin did that to my uncles bag of Resins! He ate the whole bag. And not even a month before that he got into the candy bowl from Halloween. He LOVES chocolate but luckily he's never gotten sick. His sister on the other hand refuses to go near the stuff. haha.

I'm surprised mine hasn't broken any bones yet he jumps on and off everything, he's fearless. Off our bed,couch,tables, over tables, off of me. He's a maniac. I can take out the trash and when I come back in he greets me like I was gone a week. He's crazy. He just loves to love.

Im supposed to get one for christmas (I CANT WAIT!!!!) I had a mix breed min pin/chihuahua before but because he barked at my dog for leaning over my bed while i was sleeping i was forced to get rid of him (that was a year ago and my heart still aches </3) Now im getting a full bred min pin and i shall NOT get rid of this one. Does any1 have any idea if i should get a male or a female tho? my mix breed was male and i loved how he was such a protective boy. But is the female any different?

I have a minpin. She is the strangest dog I have ever encountered. If you throw her toy in the kitchen, she will stand right at the edge of the door and bark at it, too scared to get it. If she goes from the hallway to the living room, she has a certain routine where she has to circle around a certain chair before she enters. Sometimes she will stay under the kitchen table and act like she is too afraid to come out even if no one or nothing is in there. Is there doggie OCD? hahaha

my min pin was challenging one of our horses when she was young.. safe to say the horse won and kicked her in the head. we thought the worst for our fearless little dog but she recovered and 7 years later missy is still with us :)

I have two black and tan min pin males who are a 2 ring circus just about all day long. The are fast and love to play. Whenever we go to the dog park, everybody loves to pet them and pick them up. Of course, they love the attention. But they also love to work. I give them challenges to keep their minds from becoming bored. A bored min pin is a dangerous min pin!!! By far the best breed out there!!!

I also a an owner of a min-pind and would disagree with someone who says they are viscious. My girl is very protective ower her owners, she will not allow a single dog to get near me, she will bark and chase them away, regardless of their size. Its true about them being so active,playful and them sometimes forgetting their size. As for the training it can be hard thats true!

But I love my min pin to pieces! Best guard dogs ever!

i'll add something up. min pins are also very tough guard dogs. and advantage of the min pin is they dont eat alot. so you can save money in buying dog foods. :D
