I know you're trying to tell us that the earphone is flexible.... but.... I guess no one can crush their earphones into such angles even if we put it into the backback.... right?
How fast of a difference is there between the LP and LP2? I currently own an LP2 but I would like it in Pearl White, so I'd have to get an LP. Major downgrade? Is it noticeable in terms of sound quality?
@utjonny10 unfornaltly no, there is no difference in the sound. i have both of them, the original Crossfade lp (in sexy white :P) and i recently got the lp2. so if you get the white one's you won't lose the awesome sound!
I have these and I make music on Ipad and Ipod touch using Nanostudio. These are the best headphones I have used , ever! I have been creating beats as far back as 1995 and I always look for headphones the reproduce exactly what I create. The LP2s do just that and more.
I now re-enjoy almost all the songs I liked so much before these babys. I say almost all because not all songs consist of the same wide range of frequents that the LP2s are able and willing to reproduce. in other words, V-MODA Crossfade LP2s are able to play back bass vibrations and bass levels that other headphones just don't even pick up and this is true across the sound spectrum(5Hz - 30,000 Hz)- AMAZING!
I don't think you understand how great it is having the creator of headphone actively take advice from the head fi community, and the creator being someone that cared about the people buying the products, I love it.
@Aplejaxs the Crossfade lp and lp2 both come with 2 cords. a regular 3 ft 3.5mm cord with the ipod button thing and mic, and a 6ft. 3.5mm cord with no mic. both cords feature Kevlar protected fabric
I am between Sennehiser HD 25 1 II, V-MODA M-80 or V-MODA LP2. I want great sound and the highest quality also some cool looking cans. What should I get ?

@googaman I believe if anyone out there wants real sound performance with a clever and attractive macho design, then V-MODA sounds like what it is you want.
v-moda really does make great headphones. They offer style, quality and indestructibility and your not part of some bandwagon because they allow you endorse yourself. You try taking a pair of beats and dropping them on the floor lets see how long they last.
tatershaw - they are adjustable for sizing. the reason they don't collapse is the hinges that allow them to collapse are what makes headphones to break, so therefore we have a skin-like case so it doesn't take up much more room in your bag.
Whats the difference between these and the original lp's? it seems like no one knows? i would really like to buy these. can someone also tell me when i could possibly try them before i buy? thanks
Is there a difference in SQ between these and the original Crossfade LPs? If so, how would you as a spokesman for the company describe and explain it?
Will these work with my Android phone?

Military can save some cash plus the tax if they buy V-MODAs on base. I saved $30 on mine, new. :)
To all who already have some, rock on and yeah!, No batteries!

Are all models regarding to V-MODA crossfades updated to become this indestructible? like the model V-Moda Crossfade Phantom Chrome?
I am planning on spending cold hard cash and not looking forward to the same problems reviewers have detected.

Hope they are going to make over ears with a more neutral sound... not a fan of enhanced bass.

The differences are on the website if anyone actually tried to look, but here they are:
Is there any difference between Crossfade LP2 and Crossfade LP?
Yes. The Crossfade LP2 offers:
Fine tuned sound signature based off the critically acclaimed Crossfade LP
Minimalist design with virtually no V-MODA branding so you can endorse yourself™, should you choose
Customizable Gunmetal Shield Kit
2-Year V-MODA Premier Warranty
