What are you using as scale? From the back of the dorsal to the end of the tail is no more than 6 ft, now do the same thing from nose to dorsal. I am judging this when I freeze the footage and the guys hand is in the picture. I've seen an 18 footer pulled in and hung from a winch. They couldn't put him on the wharf because he was too long and the winch wasn't high enough. And the girth was much greater than this shark. And it certainly isn't 28-32ft like you've suggested.

You can see the guys hand on the other end of the rope at around 0.18 - gives you some idea of the size. Comparing it to the first one too, I don't think 18 foot long is unrealistic.
