Do you not have regular grocery stores where you live? I recommend that you look up some of the gruesome things that Walmart does in order to make their prices as cheap as they are.

Hi, how do you freeze food...I mean how do you know what can be prepared ahead of time and you can freeze and still will taste good after that? Do you ever freeze food that is already cooked? I wanted to know about the barbecue chicken...Do you cook it before freezing or is it just raw and cleaned with some ready made sauce you bought? :)

@amywyse Really just trail and error but I plan to do a series on freezer meals before this baby comes. With like the BBQ chicken sandwiches I just freeze rostissory chicken breasts with sauce them warm- turns out perfect! The frozen foods isle can be great inspiration!

Do you find that you save more money shopping weekly vs. monthly or bi-monthly? I usually do one huge shopping trip and then sometimes weekly trips in addition because I'm constantly buying produce. But I wonder if I'm spending more money that way. Thoughts?

There is an app out there that tells you what products you should buy organic and the products that are safe without being organic I think it called organic diet buddy maybe I have it on my phone which is andriod based

They don't often have coupons for organics but I've written to different companies telling them how I love their products (such as organic milk) and how I wished they would put out coupons and they have sent me some.
