  • Wow, you sounded like me... but when you posted this video years ago, I was at my happiest point I've ever been... I miss how I used to look... your videos inspire me so much, I'm starting my diet Saturday (yes, I know it's new years eve, but I figured more will power if I can start then). Also, honestly, I think you look really good how you are now in your most recent video's than in your old pic in this video. Well, I guess at any weight you'll be very attractive :) keep up the good work!

    had know casually out and about and they did not seem to know me, for years it was like this, I feel like I have stepped back in time, and so can you.You had some mega muscle at 250 and 12% BF, you can tell by the shoulders and neck in your picture. You can get back there man, I have faith in you, its hard, but possible

  • I feel like I have stepped back in time, a year ago I weighed 90 pounds more then I do now, I am now at my lowest weight since 2001. Earlier this month I was approached by a guy who met me in 2001, (continued in next post)

    i would love raw vegetables and would be very slim cause id chose them over fatty foods but i can only eat organic veggies/fruits.. and they're hard to find

  • It's great to have a goal. You will get there again! I haven't checked out your latest videos but do you have a plan now?

  • And you can and will become that guy. Start by buying yourself a variety of foods for each meal, oatmeal, a non toasted muesli, or beans on toasts and alternate between days so its not monotonous. Lunch go for wholemeal bread sandwiches with cheese and/or turkey, tuna and stuff it with salad. Dinner soups (non cream variety), vegies with lean meat. That and minimum 1/2 hr walk and you'll be amazed at the difference. And treat yourself to the odd bit of junk food so you aren't totally deprived
