Smeštaj se nalazi u atraktivnom delu Beograda, blizu centra ali i u blizini reke šetališta uz Dunav i splavova. U novijoj, mirnoj zgradi. Od aerodroma je udaljen 5 km, od centra 3.5 km, od Beogradske arene i Sava centra 2 km. Na 200 metara se nalazi mnoštvo super marketa, kafića, restorana brze hrane, bankomata, apoteka, Grand kazino, splavovi i sve radi 24 časa. Odlično je povezan autobuskim linijama sa svim delovima grada, besplatan parking.

My biggest respect for the Serbian people, In Peru and whole South America, we have people from Serbia and the South east of the Balkans since immerorial times. I had the chance to travel throughout Serbia this year and I was fascinated so I am going back for New Years and, btw, they were many cultural similarities between us latinamericans and the Balkans.

Ljudska prava su za sve nas. Odrastao sam na Cuburi i do Drugog svetskog rata imao sam drugare iz porodica Rusa, Nemaca, Jevreja, Slovenaca. I svi su voleli nas Beograd. To se vidi i iz mog romana o starom Beogradu pod naslovom USCE koji se moze videti preko GOOGLE, pod "mbjelic roman".
Divan video. Načinili su ga pripadnici židovske zajednice dok ih je još bilo u Beogradu. Zbog čega toliki bijes oko glazbe. Vječan pokoj Solomonu Buliju, jednom od onih mladića na 1:43-1:58 Ostalim sudionicima također. Nitko od njih šestero nije preživio holokoust.
Dobro bre sta se ljutis muzika je muzika ako ti se ne svidja ova pesma imam ostale snimke sa Srpskom muzikom. Ako je politika u pitanju ti si stvarno bolestan.
To ti je jos jedan od onih sto su svoju bulju zavukli u EU i USA a nama pricaju kako mi ne treba da idemo tamo nego da treba da postanemo Kinezi, Rusi, Arapi...
