usmeagle91: They are not equipped to accommodate large "heavy" aircraft on a regular basis. MDW is more or less a midsized airport that does about 90% short domestic flights. Everything else goes into

ORD. Also, MDW's runways are just short in length of ORD's 27L/9R and 27R/9L.
