Actually, considering at the beginning of the song she sings, "My name is Lolita and I'm not supposed to play with boys," I'm guessing it's safe to assume this song is actually about Vladamir Nabokov's novel "Lolita" in which a man falls in love with a 12(?)-year-old girl and essentially kidnaps her after her mother dies.
