I like ADTR, but this vocal performance was really disappointing. He's pushing the notes out too hard. You can't really do that when you're playing an acoustic song. That, and his enunciation is a bit strange here too. I agree, with @mkflyy. They should've done a full band cover. It would come off more naturally.
