  • stupid pigs to blindly follow the shit I hope they experience some law off so to get a taste of what we go thru.....

no it will PISS EVERYONE OFF

  • good for bloomberg for ignoring that idiotic court order.

  • @dano1881 the thing is.... that if anytime in the future when you are waving a court order, and the law chooses to ignore it, will that be ok? The most scary thing about this is the fact the the "law" is getting away with trampling over basic rights to full-fill its agenda. If they can do that for some protesters, whose to say it will stop there..... they need to be held accountable, and reminded they are not gods....

  • what made you think you were within your rights to occupy that space? the fact that you wanted to be there? go fuck yourself you self important, narcissistic douchebag.

  • hilarious to hear this toolbox whine about HIS property rights being violated. and dude your 1st amendment rights aren't being violated. you have the right to speech. what you don't have is the right to set up a squatter village in the middle of the city.

  • I hope that someone haves the guts and states what is needed and what the 99 percenters want - that is REGIME CHANGE

  • america has lost it right to protest, unless its the tea party then its awsome

  • what country are you living in,a dictatorcip.this could never have happent in my counry, the cops dont have or want to beat their own citizen.the politician who had said yes to this would have been finished the same day,and i live in whatyyou in america fear most a sosialist damocratic country

  • Protesters should sue the city of New York for all the illegal things the cops are doing !!

  • I thought New York has term limits for Mayor.who's to blame for this major Corporate A-Hole slime of Bloomberg to be reelected the people. that's what happens when you follow without thinking for yourselves the loss of all your rights.stay tune the Imperial Senates 12 self nominated Lords are going to crackdown on us peasants. for those who protest will be put & sold as slaves.

  • 2 million people in america when the british came...100,000 british troops came, with navy ships and the help of the Germans. They had better funding, better training, and better weapons.

20 to 1 we outnumbered them.

307 million people in america now...

roughly 800k police and 1.5m military with better funding, better training, and better weapons

130 to 1 we outnumber them

what the hell has happened to you fat, lazy, entitled, ghosts of your past?

  • After viewing the mayhem caused by those we trusted to protect and serve I had a vision...it was a ship entering New York harbor. On the deck was an immigrant family with a small child. As they neared the harbor the child asked to be lifted so he could see the land of the free for the first time. As his father picked him up the Stature of Liberty came into view. She no longer held the torch high. Now her hands were behind her in shackles and there was a gag over her mouth. Welcome to America.

  • the police should be rounded up and put in those FEMA camps the government has been building for people who won't conform to the elite's agenda

  • Do these cities - that are moving in large police forces on the protesters - have any cops left over to attend to robberies, domestic abuses, traffic violations etc etc..?

  • @bornagainatheist1 Good point. All the more reason to get this rabble out of our City once and for all.Anyone arrested at these illegal camp outs should be billed for the price of Police Overtime.Whatever their normal costs would be,plus~$10,000.That should do it.Per offender, per offense of course. If they don't keep up payments,we've got a camp for them.A camp where they can work for their keep. After all, they say they want work. They can work 16 hours every day for food.FEMA Camp. That's the ticket

  • @Alexia8099 Rabble? out of this city!? Seriously, wtf?! They're PEACEFUL! So fining them $10K for being in a public place..? Wow..! You're an idiot.

Btw, protestors being in a public area isn't illegal. Police beating on people without abandon is. In this case, the POLICE are the rabble & should be arrested for assault

  • @bornagainatheist1 Zuccotti Park is Private Property. Get your facts straight.Yes,the rabble should be billed for cleaning and returfing it also.

  • @Alexia8099 You're crazy. You're blind and desensitized. Was it okay for Tony Bolonga to pepper spray those women? Was it okay for the people that have died to have died? Was it okay for that 84 year old woman to get pepper sprayed in the face? Is it okay to slam a baton butt-first into someone's soft stomach, even though they aren't fighting back? Is it okay to run someone over with your car is you're angry at them?

WHERE DO YOU DRAW THE LINE, HUH?

  • @claradusk There were vermin of every kind living in the tents in Zuccotti Park,(along with the ows).Rodents, bed bugs, cockroaches, human waste, dirty needles, crack pipes, used rubbers. The stench was overwhelming to everyone but ows themselves. The taxpayers of NYC called their Precincts and said,"Get them out of our City".The Police did the job we pay them to do.If the rabble doesn't like it.Tough!

  • @Alexia8099 I don't believe that for a second. Maybe it was a SELECT minority of people living inside OWS that was doing crack and leaving used rubbers laying around, but the majority of OWS was not. Also, I don't know about you, since you are lacking completely in passion anyway, but I DO NOT pay my policemen to pepperspray peaceful protesters, and beat the crap out of defenseless kids. Something going on here isn't RIGHT, and I'm for OWS all the way. Stay strong for those of us who cannot.

  • @claradusk You seem sweet. So I'll make an allowance for you.

  • @Alexia8099 "The taxpayers of NYC called their Precincts and said,"Get them out of our City".The Police did the job we pay them to do.If the rabble doesn't like it.Tough!"

If the taxpayers didn't like it, then they should change newyork law which allows for occupation as a form of protest, as covered under the first amendment.

Whether others didn't like it has nothing to do with whether it was legal, and whether the cops had any right.

  • @Alexia8099 sounds like the average New York apartment.

  • @bornagainatheist1 this was at 2 in the effing morning when all of the money, jewelry ect ect. was put away in a safe

  • @bornagainatheist1 they are not cops, they are paid thugs. This is just proot that Americans will do anything to one another for money. These stupid pigs need to lose they're jobs and get beaten in the street by the very people they claim to serve and protect

  • were is big mouth sgt thomas?

  • Bloomberg is a cunt bitch.

  • To summarize: they operated under the cover of darkness, a news media blackout, with sound cannons, baton swinging, destroying property, disobeying restraining order, and injuring a city council member. And now OWS is back in the park. This is victory on multiple fronts.

  • I graciously await Americas total economic collapse.. When they finally learn what happens when a minority of the populous hoards the majority of the wealth, maybe then America can be a fair nation. Until then, I sit patiently awaiting chaos.

  • @RedSkiesAwaitUs

I'm just waiting until I can vacate the country, to be honest. The far right is making a climb, and the centrists are being pushed away, the far left, doesn't really exist, and frankly, this country is going to shit.

  • @RedSkiesAwaitUs Good point. I actually think the country will have to actually have to fall apart in order for things to get better. Too many ppl want the status quo like circusboy here. Want no disturbance, they have faith in the rule of law. They forget $ can be a higher power then the law. The corporations absolutely love ppl like him. Avarice will make them milk the economy till its far too late. Maybe after its done ppl will change and make some differences.

  • I think that the only realm of life in which we are all equal is politics as we each get one vote apiece though not exactly the same number of dollars a piece, which is why I think that corporate donations to political campaigns should be illegal and that corporations in general should be treated as wards of the state, not as constructs of investors.

This is our problem with our political process.

It has been largely peaceful, there will always be deviants in any large number of people.

  • @TheLordValarath

Furthermore, until the fuckers who caused this mess by betting AGAINST the market, whom still enjoy massive profits and benefits under our current skewed tax system, corporate lobbyists, I feel that my vote means nothing. Stop voting in the same fuckers over and over. Until then, they merely set up the next bubble to obtain more and more of the wealth, and by proxy, more power.

  • @TheLordValarath As such, these people need to be let alone. And we need to try the true criminals.

  • the protesters wont stop protesting no matter what and this is a super ha bisky upload

  • Whenever the police block the media, we should become very very worried.

  • @MNICY amen

  • ows does not have any more rights than anyother citizen. trespassing is trespassing camping in a park is illegal under any circumstances. keep these criminals out of our parks with their communist beliefs. they can use the park during the daytime like any other citizen group, as long as they dont prevent other citizens from using the park.

  • @circusboy90210 You can't trespass in a public park. A few people moving their picnics to another park is a small price to pay for change.

  • @fistiza no , not one citizen should have to change their lifestyle for a bunch of fringe lunatics who don't even understand they are being manipulated. this is no grass roots movement this is a mass manipulation, a rabble rousing. law is law camping in a park is illegal.

  • @circusboy90210 Only cowards obey unjust laws. The our free speech rights are more important than some obscure law you probably cannot site and that probably was made for homeless people and not for protesters. It sounds like you are the one being manipulated to fight against your best interests in support of the 1%.

  • @fistiza the laws are for everybody and drug dealers. I'm in the interest of everybody not just the lowest 6% who are unwitting enough to be manipulated into this. the 1% have rights too they also are citizens. only cowards blame others for their own problems. protestors have to follow the same laws as everybody else . camping out is not necessary to protest. it's illegal.

  • @circusboy90210 Well protesting in all the normal fashions, through all democratic processes, has produced precisely nothing. Voting new ppl in merely means you provide some one new for the corporations to throw millions of dollars at and own right away. Now ppl say "you are protesting illegally", hey its true. It was all they had left and it is being brutallys suppressed and the lack of media coverage means the discussion of the problems is going to go away.

  • @shkotay just change one thing and you will not give "them" somethint to use against you. stop camping out illegally.

  • @circusboy90210 Going through channels achieves nothing to change the system. Everyone participated in this, but the banks made it so that such dangerous economical practices came through. the federal regulators supposed to guard against such practices did nothing, and in fact when they left their jobs went to work for the very corporations they were supposed to watchdog. Going through the system hasnt and will not work. Doing what they did here to call attention to the issue worked.

  • @shkotay using the system always works. period. it's apathy like that and ignorance that allows the playing field to be tilted.

  • @circusboy90210 Read what I said about how much your vote is worth a few comments below. The system doesnt work when its subverted. Like I said, i admire your faith in the system and in other times it would be justified, but when your lawmakers are owned and make corruption legal, then we have issues. The watchdogs I spoke of were supposed to make sure dangerous practices never were allowed to happen. They didnt. We see what happened. We are all responsible.

  • @circusboy90210

They have rights, and they have abused the system to a breaking point, robo signings are still going on, corporations refusing to cooperate with homeowners, refusing to be held accountable for their own breaking of the law.

They are the problem. Not us.

  • @TheLordValarath refusing to deal with deadbeats is not a crime or morally incorrect in fact they are not homeowners since they did not make their mortgage payments. they did not break the law since they laws are "skewed " in their fashion. so either the playing field is tilted or it's not.

  • @circusboy90210 Its tilted, in their favor due to continued deregulation of the industry. They are not deadbeats, I suppose you havn't tried to look for a new job. There frankly isn't much go to around. Its currently a 12% unemployment in my area. Finding a job is nearly impossible, your either overqualified, or they simply don't want to hire you.

And, quite, the status quo is not something I want to keep.

  • @TheLordValarath 12% means 88% still have jobs. I have a friend who has fucked off 7 jobs in the last month , jobs are easy to find if you know how to work, and have good references. the playing field is also tilted towards the labor in unions. a level playing field is not fair to anybody. yes ows is full of deadbeats who will not accept responsibility and compete in the open market place , instead of depending on jobs which are not a right.

  • @circusboy90210 But in the end the movement to quell this Occupy issue will be successful. This despite the cops breaking their own law, the courts will merely change it so the cops were right later. You are right, it was illegal. Too few ppl want to step up. Too few want change. I give it another 10 years tops before the country openly falls apart b4 ppl start to care. Right now its bleeding from a hundred thousand different wounds and being held together with tape and cheap wire.

  • @circusboy90210 It was an attempt to have the broken system (which we all participated in the downfall) get fixed. Your leaders and corporations like it just the way it is. That way the legistaltors arebought into making corruption legal. Your faith in law is great, but what happens when the law is subverted? You know the spanish inquisition was legal in the eyes of those who did it too eh? Same with witch burnings.

  • @circusboy90210

A person gets raped, that's a problem, and for the victim to blame themselves for having that problem is just making excuses for the criminals to keep breaking the law. You need to stop blaming victims for the acts of criminals.

  • @jaynkay100 so your saying the banks are criminals . they are the ones who had to carry loans they would not have before the laws were changed to force loans to people who had no rights attempting something beyond their ability to pay.

  • @circusboy90210 mark my words though, only when its far too late will ppl as a whole finally start to ask what they can all do to change it, not just isolated movements. This is a nation of ppl who just want their head in the sand and wont pull it out until the earthquake they all knew was coming hits. Anyways best of luck to you!

  • @circusboy90210 They are criminals for packages BAD loans, you claim they were forced to make, and re-selling them under false pretense to investors who lost BILLIONS after the bad loans were discovered. They intentionally screwed America, and its their fault for lying, not our fault for thinking they weren't criminals and for thinking that maybe they'd have the decency to NOT to fuck over the American economy.

  • @jaynkay100 no the repackaged loans were sold to people who knew the risks when they got into it. it was the liars that got loans .

  • @circusboy90210 I'm afraid you just showed your discolored understanding of the situation...the mortgage backed securities were sold under FALSE PRETENSE, in other words the people buying the MBS did NOT KNOW how toxic they were when they got into it. Furthermore that law requiring banks to loan to the less wealthy?? Voted in by a REPUBLICAN congress back in the 70's. We didn't have a banking crisis until the Bush era. I don't think you have your facts straight you fucking clown...

  • @jaynkay100 two words caveat emptor. theh facts are it was known those products could have been toxic to the people who invest in highly risky investment.

  • @circusboy90210 Ive worked investigating people called I and Is investment and insurance managers who sell these packages. it is very easy sell something to someone who doesnt know that much about loans and gets taken advantage of because they trust what they are being told. People need to be protected from banks who seek to abuse them and from people like you who dont care either way.

  • @CountJimbo words caveat emptor, the ability to succeed also means occasional failure and that is what makes the system so wonderfull. no failure no ability to learn and get better.

  • @circusboy90210 wow, misquoted, arrogant, lacking compassion entirely and completely out of context....how American of you.

  • @CountJimbo nothing misquoted as I"m not quoting anyone, arrogant?? I'm not purporting to be something I'm not. what does compassion have to do with it?? the lowest 6% who are always poor no matter what system they would live in. I don't like people who want to destroy my prosperity because of their lack of ganas.

  • @circusboy90210

What do you do at the circus, circusboy?

I'm guessing you're a clown. A clown of the earth, right?

  • @Nilguiri do you even understand how important clowns are to society.

  • @circusboy90210

You make a strong point, for a clown.

They scare the crap out of me. A clown killed my father, you see?

  • @circusboy90210 Exactly what is communist about placing regulations on corporations?

The corporate defense force makes me sick.

  • @circusboy90210 you are a moron sir, i wont even bother to tell you why, because you most likely dismiss anything that's not already within your world view

  • @Yavin1v corporations are people millions of people and you are talking about stealing money from them. my world view is very big and I have a very sensitive bullshit meter. ows if full of lies and deceit especially the ones about being peaceable. taking away peoples rights and livelihoods is not peacable.

  • @circusboy90210 enjoying fox much? i come from Europe where we have relatively free media. Its v sad to see the decline of America, not in the economic or political, but in the moral deterioration and total lack of compassion that Americans show for their fellow citizen

  • @CountJimbo television is for history channel and documentarys. cnn is not much better.

  • @circusboy90210 LOL, do you know who actually gets all the profits? share-fuckin-holders, not average joe working at his desk job ....

  • @Yavin1v shareholders are average people who invested their retirements with hopes of high returns forgetting about the high risks. sorry to confuse the issues to a simpleton like you who thinks all big business is the same and they are all crooks. yes the average joe enjoys a very high living standard. poor people in our natino live far better than many rich people in other nations thank god for the good things you've got and quit whining.

  • @circusboy90210 nope, check any main coporation, average ppl account for less than 10%, and thats a very generous number.... and oh did you see who has been protesting ? pilots, nurses, teachers... you know why, coz they dont have this so called "very high living standard" you talk about.. plus your cicular logic about some ppl in other countries having it worse is fuckin retarded... you could have said the same for ppl who were living in the soviet union, after all at that time africa was wors

  • @Yavin1v a few of those were there but for the most part it's the poorest of the poor with no edecation because those other people are busy making a decent living.

  • @circusboy90210 the point is, just because people want to live better, doesnt mean thats wrong...

  • @Yavin1v want a better living?? I was dirt poor living in a tent on the beach once. I did not blame banks government corporations or anybody else. I picked my game up and competed in the marketplace , and failed many times before I became successfull. the only one that can hold anyonen down is themselves, anything else is an excuse. there is enough room in the markeplace for everyone to succeed if they really want to. nobody owes anyone a job. god bless.

  • @circusboy90210 well fine, lets look at the other demands of OWS and see if we can find something we both agree on ... how about not allowing corporations to make unlimited donations to political parties.. let me explain why, 1st of all corporations are only motivated by profit, thats basic corporate law.. a corporation has to justify every expense as to how said expense will help make money.. now how to they make money from donating money to political parties? by getting them to vote in pro co

  • @circusboy90210 laws that do not help the general public.. a fine example of that would be the attempt by the koch brother to make unions illegal

  • @Yavin1v that's their right to attempt to do so in a democracy. laws are not always for everybody. example laws based on one occurrence such as a kidnapping murder etc... this is the other extreme. money is a form of speech. if you have $50 and I have $100 why should my speech be limited by your poverty?? corporations represent millions of people who all gain from the corporations gains , nothing wrong with them having more speech to protect the bigger group. peta does it and you don't cry.

  • @Yavin1vthat's their right to attempt to do so in a democracy. laws are not always for everybody. example laws based on one occurrence such as a kidnapping murder etc... this is the other extreme. money is a form of speech. if you have $50 and I have $100 why should my speech be limited by your poverty?? corporations represent millions of people who all gain from the corporations gains , nothing wrong with them having more speech to protect the bigger group. peta does it and you don't cry.

  • @circusboy90210 well i disagree with you, corporation are not countries, they do not have the interest of all the people composing them in mind, only the top get to reap benefits, plus they dont give a shit about any damage to the environment( fraking) or to living people (monsato's use of pesticides known for 20 fuckin years to cause birth defects).. corporation are not bad, i just want them out of politics, politicians are easily corrupted as it is....

  • @Yavin1v they do have the interest of the employees, shareholders, and customers in mind. this represnts millions of people. I think they have the right to be represented through their company's that have the money to do what they can't do as indiviuals. monsantos never used pesticides they made it. the farmers used it, get the facts straight. but anyway's it's great to have a decent conversation instead of a flamefest. (which isusually someone who does not know anything.)

  • @circusboy90210 oh i forgot, the defense industry only profits when there are wars, which explains quite well the foreign policy the usa has had for the past 20 years... did you know that it was the cia that funded the talibans in the 80's? they created that monster and reaped the profits of all the phoney wars it engendered.. to finish i will tell you a little story about iran.. once upon a time iran had a democratically elected president, who was very nice did a lot of social reforms, he even

  • @Yavin1v yes common knowledge the cia george bush and bin ladin all in bed together. sadam hussein was not a bad guy either. people keep drinking the koolaide bs story's put on the news to justify bs wars that have nothing to do with 911 or american freedom.

  • @circusboy90210 he even increased minimum pay rate for his people.. but unfortunately for him he wasnt a lapdog for the usa, so the cia ( again ...) organized a coup to have him replaced by a military dicator who was more friendly with the usa( oil ofc) .. guess what, that pissed the iranian ppl, they kicked that dictators ass, and turned towards extreme islamism, because they didnt trust the western world due to the action of the cia.. another monster created by the usa foreign policies

  • @Yavin1v agreed the crazy thing is the state department a branch of government full of people who were not elected by the people determine our foreign policy. we the people should be asked about each and every decision via the internet.

  • @circusboy90210 dude, see how brainwashed you are ? the fact that the cia funded the talibans is common knowledge, its even of fuckin wikipedia for godsake... its absolutely true, if you truly have an open mind, go look it up, on some source of information that you trust, you will see....

  • @circusboy90210 dude , the fact that the cia funded the talibans in the 80's is common knowledge, its even on fuckin wikipedia for godsake.. if you truly have an open mind, go look it up, on some source of information you trust, you will see ...

  • @Yavin1v only a moron would call people with a valid arguement a moron. you probably lack breeding class style experience etc...

  • @Yavin1v well fine, lets look at the other demands of OWS and see if we can find something we both agree on ... how about not allowing corporations to make unlimited donations to political parties.. let me explain why, 1st of all corporations are only motivated by profit, thats basic corporate law.. a corporation has to justify every expense as to how said expense will help make money.. now how to they make money from donating money to political parties? by getting them to vote in pro corpo
