  • @jabon9 it came out to 95 reps. i messed up the numbers in the beginning though. it would've been 110 if i did right

  • Both had great routines. B is real strong i will have to try out that routine, and rick's routine was unique muscle ups jumpover/push ups both take super endurance plus being in the heat is extra bonus to make the dedicated stronger mentally/physically.Great video.

  • @AFROSAMURA111 actually you should try this as your workout. complete the full set, rest (about 3 min) then do it again. Do about 5 sets. It should take you less than an hour.
