how did you get your chest to be so evenly shaped? i think i may have to do more shoulder work outs to or upper chest workouts but i dont have wieghts just resistance bands and a pull up bar

I am starting ur workout videos today. I had a very hard slap in the face revelation last nite, and I need to make a definate change. I've been watching ur videos to get a feel for ur workout style, and I LOVE them. I am 32, and 2xx lbs. I have been exercising and working out, but nothing has been working. @Top21Boss master the jump rope... remember you should not be jumping high...barely lift your feet... shoot for 5 sets of 25 jumps in the beginning...then work up to 10 sets of 100jumps...then 5-10 sets of 3 minute rounds...ok?.~ahmad
@Top21Boss I'm the same height as you. But weight about 226lbs, right now. I'm having a lot of success on the StairMaster at the gym. I find it works a lot of large muscle groups at the same time, as it pretty much encompasses the entire lower body. I started at 244. I was able to shed 18lbs in a month and a half. I am not eating as well as I could be, but I have cut a lot of the "junk" out. I'm 30 years old, BTW - if it means anything.

hey Ahmad can you make a normal program to lose fat in the lower abs/belly and for bigger chest and chest muscles and some for hands i do what you show but can't make a home daily program and don't know what results to expect and after how much time. I am doubtful about most couse i do 2 years of excersises like 2/3 times in week for lower abs/belly and no results at all :\ only my upper abs and midle got ripped but the lower ain't :\ please help

@shadowwii11 Dominic, start using a light dumbbell when doing my ab clips...maybe 5-10 lb. dumbbells when doing crunches...and also get some light ankle weights...check out my latest clips for abs... these clips are my very first ones... ~ahmad

I would rather you do this 3 times within one hour DAILY...for 14 consecutive sessions...instead of attempting to do this 5 times a day and then skipping a full week because you are too sore. @makingthebest09 yes,I've been doing other exercises but not cardio ones. Doing your "abs" routine , your butt routine and others that I was doing before(some chest workout from day to day) . I admit that I feel a lot better doing your types of exercises and I've lost like ~1 killo , and been eating normally .
I made this clip a while back for those that lifted weights mainly...but needed a new style of cardio to do...instead of just the normal gym tools...so it was off days from my resistance clips or their own personal lifting plan.~ahmad

wow this workout killed me, I did it yesterday and I only lasted through repeating this 2 times and half of the thrid. and for some reason my heart ended up hurting? and was beating pretty fast..after the workout for the rest of the afternoon. any ideas why? thanks

Yeah, eating is an issue with me. I don't seem to like most things most of the time. I make myself do it though. I mean, I'm anything but anorexic, I assure you, lol. Just..I donno. I eat my most calories at breakfast (I am always low in blood sugar by this time) then I make sure to eat something with carbs before I work out...and after I do all my lifting (bout an hour and 15 ms into my routine) I drink a protein shake (20 grams proteing less than 200 cals.)

Just keep at it!! Your body will begin to understand what you are trying to accomplish. Just focus on feeling healthy...this means so much...really think about that for a moment...the more you spend time feeling as the super healthy you would feel...the more things start to workout in your favor...watch...

man,I'm so upset lol . I did this for 5 days straight,the full thing ( btw. , the last pushups are FREAKING HARD ) and yesterday I stopped it cuz I was to tired . damn . going to do it as much as I can and I still keep saying that these are one of the best cardio exercises I've ever met .

@makingthebest09 yes,I've been doing other exercises but not cardio ones. Doing your "abs" routine , your butt routine and others that I was doing before(some chest workout from day to day) . I admit that I feel a lot better doing your types of exercises and I've lost like ~1 killo , and been eating normally .

I made this clip a while back for those that lifted weights mainly...but needed a new style of cardio to do...instead of just the normal gym tools...so it was off days from my resistance clips or their own personal lifting plan.~ahmad

wow this workout killed me, I did it yesterday and I only lasted through repeating this 2 times and half of the thrid. and for some reason my heart ended up hurting? and was beating pretty fast..after the workout for the rest of the afternoon. any ideas why? thanks

OMG This workout kicked my butt big time this is what I needed It is anmonster workout I love it never confused my muscles this way!!!!!!!!! I will admit Some I couldn't do but it was not getting in my way I still did them so try it I love it

To build your upper body, think about balancing...never focus on just one body part, because your muscles all work together. Try my upper body clips or just try and survive my DAY 1-30 Workout Clips...ok?~ahmad

You don't smoke 2 packs a day, do you? I do. I think you should help me though. I been busting myself at the gym for 2 hours every other day for 7 months now...It does okay but...I donno. I feel like for all my work and sweat I should be perfect already..and I'm not. Iz just confused at this point! LOL

Yeah, eating is an issue with me. I don't seem to like most things most of the time. I make myself do it though. I mean, I'm anything but anorexic, I assure you, lol. Just..I donno. I eat my most calories at breakfast (I am always low in blood sugar by this time) then I make sure to eat something with carbs before I work out...and after I do all my lifting (bout an hour and 15 ms into my routine) I drink a protein shake (20 grams proteing less than 200 cals.)

ive started week two exercises! week one was tough as i havent been exercising for a while... but it's over yay!
now that i've seen this, ill try to incorporate it as well...the finale seems difficult tho.. :)

Just keep at it!! Your body will begin to understand what you are trying to accomplish. Just focus on feeling healthy...this means so much...really think about that for a moment...the more you spend time feeling as the super healthy you would feel...the more things start to workout in your favor...watch...

i got up to the push up/plank,, and i was done for..lol.also, shin splints prevent me from jumpin around the way i want.. even tho.. i still try.. perhaps cuz i jumped rope two days ago..is why theyre so sore.. anyway.. on to week four..
