I was there that night. This is awesome to have this to watch again and again. You did a good job filming this with the distarctions you had to deal with. Thanks for bringing this incredible version of the best Bruce song ever, from a great show. The Philly shows are the best. Is there any dispute?
Get a boot of the 9/25/99 Philly show. He opened with Incident played as a stadium anthem. It was the first time he performed it in 19 years. You hear people slowly recognize it and by the end, 20,000 voices are singing.
He ends with two minutes of almost heavy metal.
Anyone else have so many great songs they can put one like this on the shelf for almost two decades?
les coeurs s'achètent pour pas chers ,mais nous veillerons à les protéger,à les "nourrir" de notre bienveillance pour les aider à grandir et à se défendre,c'est par la Grâce de cette chanson que je me suis engagé sur ma route.
Wow, the second the crowd joined in at the end with "Goodnight, it's alright Jane" I got chills. He really needs to play this more often. The fact that he gets away playing a song like this rarely is a testament to the amount of brilliant songs he's written. If any other band wrote this, it would be their masterpiece and played at every show!
Without a doubt one of Bruce's best songs. I think he should make this a staple at every concert along with Born to Run, the greatest rock song ever made. Thank you Bruce for 35 years of pure joy!!!
The best Live performer of my generation. Every show is different, unique and full of old songs he still loves to play. This song belongs in a vault somewhere so future generations can listen to real musicians who write and perform classic rock.
