@Henkie010Penkie Its allright, this guy uses its telecaster's brige pickup, and John uses its Stratocaster's brige pickup, wich are similar single coil pickups but very different from your Les Paul's humbucker pickup. You could buy a strat or install a switch on your epiphone that desable one of your humbucker's wraped single coils... I can do it myself but it might be too much trouble for other people.

Alternatively, tie a thick string around the second fret. This song never goes lower then that and you can easily mute ever note then just play it as if there werent any muted notes

I learned it 30 minutes. Your are doing a fine job brother! I have a tip for everybody who is finding this hard to mute the most of the strings.

Use your first finger to mute all strings on the 6th fret .

Place second finger on "A-string-7th-fret"

Place third finger on "G-string-7th-fret"

Finally place the fourth finger on "G-string-9th-fret"

Plus set your amp settings to 6bass 9mid 7tremble on overdrive for optimum sound to cant stop!
