i'm just gonna say i tried this.. and i guess you're right. it works... if you're playing someone else on the same screen as you. real competition on the other hand.. no success at all.
u didn't confuse the offense you GLITCHED the offense. lol terrible gameplay. people who play like suck because they either can't call plays or run plays right.
of course you would change some stuff like make the rb block for you an maybe and extra te block the right side to give you that extra time thats an easy pick up. or go shotgun and hit him hard in the middle everytime. if your a good player you should be able to figure that out easily
to all who would think this is abuse -- RUN SLANTS. Your safety/blitz reads should still be short routes over the middle, it's a one LB defense with the LB blitzing. If you're not smart enough to figure that out you're not good enough to win.

This is why no one should buy this game, because the gameplay is not smart enough to prevent your abuse of it. I appreciate you pointing out how the gameplay is so easily taken advantage of. Hopefully people will see this video and realize this game is not worth buying because the gameplay is so bad the oline can't block 4 rushers at one time.
@ImaHawk Agree. The flawed gameplay allows people like this to actually succeed with their bullshit strategies. Alot of the "tips" I see on youtube would never work in real football. For crying out loud, there's guys running wide open in the middle of the field on this video.
