VNC is not hacking, and it is secure as long as you use a strong password and set it up to block fast incoming connections. If you want to learn to hack, then you most likely aren't very social. And that is the new safari, I just set a preference on it to make the tabs and loading bar look like the old one.
technically, no, that's the public beta of safari 4, not the official public version of safari 4. see, the public beta was only available on apples website, not software update. safari 4 is now available on software update.
